This time I found this one on sale at the drugstore! My favorite Shizenigo! I was intrigued by the word "dry" and bought it.
The aroma is apple-like, which is typical of Shizenigo. It has a fruity aroma even though it is a honjozo. The sweetness is moderate, and the bitter sourness comes through with a nice crispness. It is perfect as a mid-meal sake. It is a sake that accompanies and does not interfere with meals. I was impressed that such a sake is sold at drugstores! I realized once again the high level of Fukushima sake.
I worked hard during the Golden Week holidays, and now it's my day off! Working is the best!
Today I went to a liquor store. I was so happy to be able to buy everything I wanted!
I'm a repeat buyer of "Shizen-go Sawayaka". It's still delicious! I really respect Oki Daikichi Honten.
So in the afternoon, we went touring on a motorcycle. The destination was, of course... Mr. Daikichi Ohki (Tama)
Today is a holiday. The weather is nice, so we went out for drinking (in the garden).
I bought a bottle of Shizen-go Sawayaka at the liquor store! The price of a bottle of Shizen-Go is 2200 yen!
I also picked up a 500 yen bottle of tuna off the inside at the supermarket, and we're going to drink it while admiring the dandelions!
The taste is fruity, like the Shizenkou we drank the other day, but with a clean and slightly dry taste. It goes well with meals, and I would call it a fainting spell. Considering its cost performance, this may be the best!
The third glass of sake I had two glasses of sweet sake, so this time I tried a glass of dry sake. I am not sure if it is spicy and refreshing, but it has a unique taste of sake. The taste softens a little when it reaches room temperature.
Shizen Hometown Refreshing
Refreshing, refreshing, and delicious. This may be the best sake I have ever tasted.
Pleasant sweetness with a rummy feel. There is a slight alkalinity in the latter half, but it disappears nicely in the end.
It is not flashy, but it has a moderate sweetness and calmness, and is easy to drink. It is easy to drink.
I thought it was a sake I would like to keep on hand.
They only sell it locally. Buy it directly from the brewery!
It's delicious, refreshing, sweet umami aroma, and sharp!
If you like instruments, by all means! I should have bought the dry version too.
