This Sake is sweeter than Jikon and has a full mouth feel. The flavor is melon is slightly acidic for a clean finish. A great Sake to end the evening! 😁

Jikon Hakutsurunishiki blue label. This Sake is bright and a little tart. There is the flavor of melon, and very clean finish.

Nabeshima純米吟醸

To start the evening I had Nabeshima. It is slightly effervescent and has a light mouth feel. There is the flavor of green apples and a short clean after taste. Refreshing and delicious way to start the evening.

I am not a fan of nogori zake but this has changed my mind. Effervescent, sweet yonashi (pear) and a hint of white peach, great balance with fruit and alcohol.

Rich taste which reminds me of a resiling wine. The mouth feel is light and only in the front of my pallet. Flavors of pear and a light sweetness. This Sake does not disappoint.
