Crisp, fresh, aromatic. While 日本酒度 is at +4.5, the acidity is all the way up to 2.0, which makes it it still dry, but not too subtle. Great with western food.
Found in my local supermarket. Really wanted to try this sake made by an English toji and was not disappointed. Excellent with saba + kasane jikomi + fresh wasabi!
A bit too sweet for my taste. Than again, I like dryness and this is 日本酒度 -2 at 1.8 acidity, so this was to be expected. Fits well with a chu toro dinner from the supermarket.
