On nose it is more of lactic acid feel - fresh cheese and yogurt. On palate it is really quite interesting - while it has the familiar peach and pear smell, but what dominates is kind of tropical red fruits - like grapefruit / berries. Seldom found this kind of taste in sake. Definitely it is complex due to use of Bodaimoto - cheese and cream feel comes with slight umami at the end. Not as full body as expected, but a good one still.
