I haven't had this since I drank Honjozo raw sake in the past. I bought it after reading a review that said it was similar to Kudokutageyo. It certainly has a similar fruity aroma and lightness. It's good. I think I like a lot of Nagano sakes. From the official website and the liquor store description, it seems to be unfiltered undiluted sake.
