The owner served us a variety of different temperatures.
I had never had the idea of making nigori or nama-shu at 60 degrees Celsius, so I was surprised when I drank it and found it to be delicious.
I thought it might be too sweet, but it wasn't, and I felt it still had a freshness to it (this might just be a comparison with other heated sake).
It was an interesting experience. I will try this at home. 南十字輝6/10
This is a luxurious sake in many ways: Akaban Omachi and Yamahai.
The wildness of Oumachi in Yamahai! It says on the label on the back, but what does it mean? I haven't studied it enough.
I have an image of Omachi as being rough, and it tastes more complex than that.
I wonder if it has a strong sweetness. It was a difficult sake.
I think it's not good that I don't drink much Kuroemon itself, so I'll study other sakes as well. 南十字輝8/10
I was given the opportunity to compare the Asahi Kiku Daichi.
This one is a special junmai sake.
The alcohol content is 2 degrees higher at 17 degrees.
The mouthfeel is completely different and much stronger than the regular one.
I prefer this one for later drinking and would like to try it at room temperature or heated. 南十字輝8/10
I was allowed to compare the Asahi Kiku Daichi.
This one is a special junmai sanctuary rice brewed.
It is made from pesticide-free Fukuoka Yamadanishiki.
This is a delicious sake.
It has a delicious flavor and acidity that makes you want to drink more and more of it.
I want to keep this at home. 南十字輝6/10
Tateno River after a long time.
Although it is labeled as "mainstream dry", it does not feel so dry on the palate.
It has a clean aftertaste and yet has a delicious flavor.
It is probably best paired with fish.
Even those who don't like dry sake can enjoy this one. 南十字輝7/10
There is an increase in sake future sake.
I have not had many of them yet, so I do not know their characteristics, but I have an image that they are a little hard.
However, this sake was refreshing and easy to drink.
My companion ordered a more austere sake, but it had a modern flavor.
This sake is best served cold. 南十字輝6/10
The owner, who is from Yamagata Prefecture, recommended this sake for the first drink.
My companion ordered a dry sake, but this one was a little more refreshing.
It is well-balanced and can be paired with anything, even if it is not served cold.
The fatty kinke saba (mackerel) went well with the cold sake. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
