This is a luxurious sake in many ways: Akaban Omachi and Yamahai.
The wildness of Oumachi in Yamahai! It says on the label on the back, but what does it mean? I haven't studied it enough.
I have an image of Omachi as being rough, and it tastes more complex than that.
I wonder if it has a strong sweetness. It was a difficult sake.
I think it's not good that I don't drink much Kuroemon itself, so I'll study other sakes as well.
