The owner, who is from Yamagata Prefecture, recommended this sake for the first drink.
My companion ordered a dry sake, but this one was a little more refreshing.
It is well-balanced and can be paired with anything, even if it is not served cold.
The fatty kinke saba (mackerel) went well with the cold sake.
