It's a pineapple as it is reputed to be. Summer Blue is more flashy and this one is a little bit calm. Sweetness and bitterness are similar to pineapple.

Good evening. Your choice of "Takachiyo" for Niigata 100 is very impressive! Compared to the Black Label, the Samaburu is more flashy. The expression "Samable is more flamboyant than Black Label" is very apt 😀.

I have the impression that Tengu Mai is mainly Yamahai and there is not much raw sake. It seems to be rare that it is not Yamahai, so I chose this one. It is easy to drink with a calm and clear feeling. It is quite sweet. It's light but juicy. It doesn't have much of an alcoholic taste, and it seems to be popular with women.

House riots? I bought it because I thought I might not be able to drink the same flavored sake at It was previously listed as 50% polished, so I wonder if it's a Junmai Daiginjo spec. More gas. Mineral and deliciousness. Not flashy, but my favorite type.

The aroma and sweetness is more subdued than the Yokoyama series I've tasted so far. It has a light muscat aroma. It is refreshing and easy to drink. It's like a white wine. It's good, but I prefer the freshly squeezed pink and red wine.

This is the Urashinomine Rokumaru series. Someone else was drinking it and I was curious about it, but I finally got around to buying it. It's light and light with a sense of gas. It's not too sweet, but the gasiness and lightness make it easy to drink.

去年お店で飲んで美味しかったので購入してみた。パイナップル🍍❗誰が飲んでもそう感じると思う…はず。とにかくパイナップル。とにかく甘いけど最後らへんに日本酒だよってアピール感じる。

エディオンの酒屋さんで買いました。720じゃなくて500mlなんだね。たかちよ特有のフルーツ感で美味しい。グレープフルーツっぽいけど他のフルーツっぽさも混じってる。

純米大吟醸のほうが買えなかったのでコチラを。普段の平仮名たかちよとは少し違った味わい。美味しいけど思ってたのと違う…。たかちよはパイナップルやラムネの印象強いけどコレは梨だね。

家で飲むのは初めて。グレープフルーツをイメージしたお酒らしい。他のたかちよに比べて苦味が強いけど甘味は共通する独特の味。食事には合わせにくいけど美味しい。

30年振りに日本酒の醸造を再開した壱岐島のお酒です。以前生酒を居酒屋で飲んで凄く美味しかったので購入してみました。1回火入れなので生の様なフレッシュ感残ってる。香りは弱いアルコール。初めは穏やかな甘み最後は微量の苦味でキレます。上品なお酒。

私の地元の酒です!とは言っても一度も壱岐に行ったことないですが💦 長崎は焼酎文化ですが、福田や六十餘洲など日本酒も美味しいですので飲んだことがなければ是非😊

吟醸香がはっきりしている印象。酸と辛みのパンチが強い。キレがめちゃくちゃ素早い。ワイルドなお酒だと思いました。温度上がると少し優しくなるかな?
