Today I had a sasinomy with my son who lives with his ex-wife whom he has been separated from for a long time😇. I asked him what he wanted to eat and he said he wanted fish dishes, so I took him to a restaurant called Araki, which is a fish restaurant in Umeda that I know from Kochi 😀. We met for the first time in a year and what surprised me the most was that my son can now drink Sake 😇. We had a great time with my son, who I never thought he would be able to drink sake 😀. The sake to go with the Kochi fish dishes were Drunken Whale, Tsukasa Botan, Shimanto River, and so on... 😇 I had an image of Kochi's sake as being dry and heavy, but when paired with Kochi's fish dishes, it transformed into a beautiful sake full of a refreshing feeling 😀. We both enjoyed the delicious sake to the fullest 😇. I can only thank Kaorin for sending me off so pleasantly for a drink with my son😇.

Good morning, Yasbay 😊. I like the idea of having a sassi with your son👍. I ended up with my father only once, but I still remember it. So I try to go as much as possible with my kids 😘 just to drink? LOL!

Good morning, Pon-chan 😀 I knew that sake is a good combination when paired with the local food it is made with 😀. Kochi sake, which I usually don't like because it's so heavy, tasted great 😇.

Good morning, ma-ki- 😀 It really made me realize once again how well local cuisine and sake pairings go together😇. I used to go to this restaurant often, but it was my first time since I started drinking sake 🤣.

Good morning, Takashi 😀 I only remember going to dinner because my father was not much of a drinker and I never experienced sasinomi 😅. My son told me that I became strong in drinking because I look like Oton 🤣.

Good morning, Nao888 😀 When I drank with my son so far, it was highballs and sours, so I was surprised when he said he would drink with me when I asked for sake 🤣. I'm thankful for Orin who understands me properly ❤️

Keitora" @1 person drink 499 yen 180ml Morohashi Shuzo, the brewer of Echino Kagetora, was established in 1847 and has been brewing sake in Nagaoka City (formerly Tochio City), Niigata Prefecture, for about 160 years. Echino Katora is brewed using water from the Morinomori Spring, selected as one of the 100 best waters in Japan, and water from a side well dug on the brewery's property. Koshino Kagera is characterized by its dry taste.
