☆☆☆☆☆ It's been a cold sake holiday season, so it's time to warm up some sake! We enjoyed heated sake at Kanetanoshi! It's fun to watch the temperature with a sake warmer while heating the sake! I think I felt the roundness of the sake when it was warmed up rather than hot. A little tangy at higher temperatures, but rounded at lukewarm! The taste is both refreshing and rich. It was the best bottle of sake I've ever tasted that was both delicious and fun to warm up 😀.

☆☆☆☆☆ I opened about 6 gongs on the first day, so I went to the store of my daughter, who I used to know from the same sports club, to buy more in a hurry, instead of my usual liquor store! She is in Matsumoto, so it's not easy to go there to buy sake, but she seemed to remember my face. ☺️ I went there for other sake, but they had Kochi sake, so I couldn't resist! Tsukasa Botan, all made from rice grown by Nagata Farming or something like that? Kochi sake! I thought it would be better at room temperature or warmed up. and today I didn't chill it while I kept drinking it! When chilled, it is a very clear and crisp dry sake! Unlike the "light" type of sake, this sake has a strong kick for a moment, but it has no peculiarities and can be easily drunk as an in-between-dinner drink. When it is warmed up, it becomes a little rounded and has a strong flavor, but when it is halfway cold, it has a strong spiciness and a cloying taste that makes it difficult to drink. If you don't want to drink it cold, I would recommend drinking it warmed up to room temperature or above. I had prepared the sake for heating, but it was delicious enough as cold sake. Kochi sake is wonderful!

long snouted lancetfish (Alepisaurus ferox) Quite active opening caution. Let it leak in the kitchen for a good 10 minutes before opening the bottle. The aroma is full of milk. It is very cloudy and shrieky. When you put it in your mouth, it tastes bitter and dry. After drinking, it tastes like milk again. Or is it the aroma of rice? Then, the umami is gradually absorbed. Christmas is coming soon, so I thought I'd try something a little like that. Isn't it like that? A sake brewery in Iiyama. I feel a sense of familiarity just because I've been there before.

☆☆☆☆☆ The sweet type of hanging mouth has become the Kutouryuu brand. Since we are going out of our way, let's have it in an Echizen ware flat sake cup. The sweetness is apple-like. The sweetness is apple-like and slightly tangy. When I sipped it all at once, it seemed dry, but the sweetness gradually took over. It's delicious.

☆☆☆☆☆ The usual liquor store doesn't have Yoake Mae, so I bought it at another store after a long time. It has a little bit of lees, and the deliciousness that is typical of Yoake Mae spreads gently. It's very good. I can understand why it is so popular at the store.
