It has a gorgeous smell, and it is a spicy sake. I don't have enough words to describe it, but it's refreshing and easy to drink, with a little bitterness (not in a bad way), but it's a refreshing sake that doesn't interfere with the taste of the food.

The scent is gorgeous, and it's a spicy sake. I don't have a vocabulary and I don't have enough words to describe it, but it's refreshing and easy to drink, with a slightly bitter taste (in a bad way). It's a refreshing sake that doesn't interfere with the taste of the food.

100% Omachi Rice, Japan's oldest type of sake rice, is used. It has a refreshing aroma, just the right amount of spiciness and a mellow taste. It's really an elegant sake. It's really good!

Founded in Kyouho 2, Uonuma's local sake is made in the Yukimuro, a storehouse that makes use of the snow accumulated in the snow. It is made in a snow room, which is a storehouse that uses the snow that has accumulated on the ground. It has a refreshing aroma and a spicy, mellow taste. Delicious!
