へろ8Ura-nabeshima, which is not easy to encounter
The bottle was opened without a sound, although the "open caution ⚠️" tag was lowered!
It is a blend of four different junmai ginjo-shu, and is a delicious dark, slightly dry sake 🍶🥰 with a sweet, fruity taste.
It was a good decision to buy it in 1 square bottle👍
Alcohol content: 16 degrees Celsius
Polishing ratio: 50 へろ8It is a delicious sake with moderate sweetness, acidity, and spiciness, and is very easy to drink on its own 🥰.
I had it chilled in the fridge 🤤.
I would like to buy a bottle next time 😋. へろ8No aroma. Sweetness is not persistent, just right. It is a very tasty sake that finishes on the palate with a subtle sweetness that is not bitter but tropical 🏝️ fruit🥭.
I'm glad I bought a bottle🥰.

No smell, when served on its own, it has a smooth sweet taste followed by a strong bitter taste 🤔Alcoholic, but not too much alcohol smell 🙂.
I'm going to try it in the future to see what kind of food it goes with as a food wine 😅.
The label on the back says that the specs were not disclosed because they wanted people to enjoy the pure taste of the sake without being confused by the numbers 🤔.

On October 29th, it was very cold and I warmed the sake 😁.
The sweetness remained and the acidity stood out 😘.
フリーター一代男Suddenly wanting to go to a place I had wanted to visit, I bought a Seishun 18 ticket in late August, and on its second use, I even bought a bottle of sake from Takashi, which I stopped by on the way back from visiting Choshi. I was glad to be able to buy it even though there was only one bottle left because I was a little curious about this one.
When I opened the bottle, I removed the outer stopper and the lid flew up to the ceiling with a popping sound. I am not sure if the taste is apple or not, but it is very sweet and sour. It reminds me of Mio Premium or Sanuki Kuraudai, but this one is not low in alcohol, so be careful not to drink too much. It is very easy to drink.
The third picture is a signboard of sake at Choshi Select Market. I had never drunk Toukoru, so I googled it and found a pdf of the trial. ジェイ&ノビィHello, freelancer first generation man 😃.
Youth 18 ticket! It's great to see you acting so quickly 👍Kochira Fudo-san! I was attracted by the white malted rice & apple label and it tasted just like us 😙Yummmm! フリーター一代男Hello, Jay and Nobby!
We had a typhoon, and it was doubtful whether we would be able to use up all of our money, but we were able to finish without any problems. It is good to be able to stop by a liquor store that we don't know.
This was really a sake that you should be careful not to drink too much of! へろ8When stirred well, it tastes like a carbonated beverage with a good balance of sweet and bitter flavors. But the alcohol kicked in quickly.
