There were Junmai and Junmai Ginjo, so I chose this one. It's not gorgeous, but it's juicy. The Junmai Nama that I tasted at another shop might have been more suitable for me. It's not listed, but the liquor store's website says it's unfiltered raw sake.

It's a local Hyogo sake, but it's my first time drinking it. It is not gorgeous, but it is sweet and delicious. It has a freshness. I think it's similar to something, but I can't remember. They also have a nama-nigori (raw nigori) version, so I think I'll buy that next time.

I found this at a liquor store and bought it on impulse. Excuse me, but I've never seen this before and I didn't know this brewer at all. The spiciness comes first and the rice flavor is strong. The aroma is banana-like and a little powdery. Some chestnut-like notes. It's a blend of Junmai Daiginjo, Junmai Ginjo and Junmai.

Eight year old unpasteurized sake. The label is very retro. I don't know if it's brewed in Shiga or Kobe, but they must have brewed it in Kobe because it says "factory". It's sour like white koji and has a faint aroma of aging. It's very clear that the aroma of maturation comes out clearly after 8 years. It's a unique and interesting sake.
