湘南の漢
I got a bottle of Murayu that I was curious about.
There were Tokujun and Jungin, but I went for the Midori first.
When I opened it, the aroma was as gorgeous as rumored.
The sweet and sourness, which is not typical of Niigata sake, is released and finally disappears with bitterness.
The sweet and sourness disappears and the bitterness disappears at the end.
The sake is very weak at the Kameguchiri, but there is a small amount of gas.
It is best paired with fried food, but it can also be enjoyed on its own.
It is dangerous to drink it so easily, so we let it sit for a few days to taste the changes in flavor. Recommended if you like sweetness and sourness.
