By Hunter's standards, anything without the word "Masamune" on the label doesn't count as an achievement, but I didn't expect to see "Masamune" "only" on the box 😅.

Surprisingly this was also a Masamune. There have been a few breweries recently that serve it under a brand name that removes "Masamune" and I think it is a betrayal of the Masamune community 😡.

It is slightly amber in color.
It has a sweet and sour apple taste on the palate 🍎.
There is a slight vinegariness in the throat 😲.

Yoshino Masamune is a sake from a project started by a farmer and three breweries in the town of Yoshino to help eliminate idle farmland. There is also a Yatagarasu version and a Shojo version.
Today there was only Hanaboe version, but I would like to drink the other versions 🤗.

I stopped by Nara prefecture's antenna store in Ginza 🚶.
This place has a self-service all-you-can-drink sake corner for 1500 yen for 30 minutes😄.
You won't find Mimuro Sugi or Kaze no Mori, but they have most of the other sake 🍶.
We started with Harushika, which the waitress said was her favorite.
It is sweet yet refreshing and has a nice sharpness.

Yes, ‼️ you can take the bottle out of the fridge yourself and pour. Also, you can sit at the counter and there are snacks (extra charge).

Nose: Fruity, soft attack. Taste: clear and delicious. It goes in smoothly and has a full-bodied aftertaste.
Kaze no Mori is delicious after all. SatochanLast is the Hyakurankumon gate on the left.

A little schwar✨, moderate acidity, and umami 😋The rice and polish are the same, but I could feel the umami and heaviness compared to the lightness of the Alpha. Interesting 😆 657 is 65% polished rice and #7 yeast.
