The rice is five hundred million goku. It has a solid taste, but the flavor is strong and delicious. Personally, I like Sae better than the Hyakurakumon if it is a dry type of sake.

They said it was sweet, but what do you think? I think it's a matta type of drink. It had a smoky feel to it. It tasted like nothing I've ever tasted before.

等外米使ってるから普通酒扱いのようです。冴だから辛口のはずだけど生だからかフレッシュさと青リンゴの様な甘みある。辛口苦手やけどコレはいい！

今年の春に前年のを飲みましたが今季物も飲みました。前回かなり酔ってたからかな？かなり美味しいと思ったんだけど…。もう少しフレッシュ感あった気がしたんだけどなぁー。前回気づかなかったけど食中にいいかもしれない

滋賀県大津市のお酒。前から飲んでみたかったお酒で昨日飲んだ中で1番好きな味。開けたてだったので少しガス感あって最高だった。ガス感とキレと酸味が甲子に似てて本当に美味しかった。

奈良県奈良市のお酒。スッキリ系の辛口のお酒でした。寿司にはこういう酒が合うんだろうけど個人的にはあまり好みでは無かった。

Kinryo Hatsushibori-honjozo nama sake. Sake from Kagawa Prefecture. Fresh, gentle and fruity taste. The taste is typical of new sake. The aftertaste was a little alcoholic. Too bad I couldn't take a good picture.
