Fresh and juicy flavor typical of nama-shu
The stimulation on the tongue is also irresistible!
It tastes like a pure sake, but I may have expected too much from Jikin.
I have the impression that the difficulty of obtaining it does not equal the taste 🤣.

The appearance is beautifully clear with a fairly light yellowish tinge.
The aroma is a slight ginjo aroma (it's hard to discern what it is...).
Watery and smooth on the tongue.
The pineapple flavor spreads gently throughout the mouth and disappears quickly.
The moderate sweetness is not too assertive and gives a good impression as a food sake.
