Purchased at an ostentatious liquor store in Dojima that has a cafe attached.
I don't see anyone posting about it at Sake-no-wa or on SNS, is this not circulating?
It was a little spicy when it was just out of the fridge, but as it warmed up, it had a sweetness similar to that of rum and muscat. It's a little refreshing, but there's also a little bit of sake in the second half of the bottle. I think Matsu no Tsukasa is a quieter sake, more like a food sake.
It tastes like cherries when I drink it again.
Floral and spring-like 🌸.
It gets sweeter as the days go by.

We stopped by on the way to Keihan Department Store, but I thought it was hard to enter, so I asked Nemuchi to go in first 🤣.

Kaze no Mori, Tanaka Rokugo, Souhyo, Nechiozan, Matsu no Tsukasa, Asahi Ei, Nichinichi, Kurikomayama, Enayama, Hatsukame, Toyo Bijin, Mochi, Sagata, Ona, etc. There seems to be more when you look at the online store!
I was surprised to see Shochiku Ume Shirokabe Kura's Shikado 😳.
It's a 10,000 yen sake, but it seems to be highly rated so someone should try it 😁.
I got the impression that there are many brands that sommeliers would like, such as Nechiozan, Sohyo, and Matsunozashi, that are particular about the land and water.
I haven't had Enayama since Cheers. It is written as "orikarami," but it is almost clear even when mixed. It has an aroma and sweetness like a fruit. It is slightly sweet, and as the name "PURE" suggests, it is clear and refreshing.
I drank Yamadanishiki Origaraumi at Cheers, but I liked it better than Cheers because it was sweeter and more delicious.
On the third day, it became sweeter and tastier 😋.
