It looks rather sludgy, but when you drink it, it is surprisingly smooth.

100% Gunma Wakamizu, Polishing ratio 50%.
ALC 15%, Sake degree +3, Acidity 1.6
Slightly dry, with a hint of ginjo aroma. It is a full-flavored sake.

Polishing ratio 60%, ALC 15%.
It was served cold, well chilled.
It was a sharp and dry sake.
I realized once again that there are many delicious sake in Aomori Prefecture 😄.

We had it warmed up.
Due to the performance of the heater, it is a pleasure to drink it at different temperatures, such as human skin warmed, lukewarm, hot, and top-heated.

A sharp, slightly dry sake.
The subtle aroma is that of rice...
This is the second kind of Tenshu.
We often receive Li Bai as Shimane Prefecture's local sake, but there are still many delicious sake such as Oroku, Gassan, Izumo Fuji, Shichikanma, and Kaiharu.
Chigasaki Taro: 20220902, 20220915 ましらのやまさんJunmai Ginjo-shu - Densho Koryoku
Rice polishing ratio 55%, ALC 15 degrees, Sake degree +9.5
Acidity 2.4, Yeast: Association No. 6
The owner recommended to drink it at room temperature or warmed up...so we enjoyed it at different temperatures.
The sake was dry when lukewarm and had a slight edge to it.
The hot sake was not as dry as the lukewarm one, but the dryness stood out.
The lukewarm sake was a little dry and mellowed out. It is a strange, interesting, and fun way to drink sake.
Chigasaki Taro: 20220902, 20220915 ましらのやまさんJunmai sake aged for 3 years

The owner recommended that I have it heated. I enjoyed the different temperatures of the sake, from warmed to lukewarm (40℃) to top-heated, using a warm water heater.
The sake was mild and tasty when warmed to human skin or lukewarm (40°C).
The alcohol smell and dryness were noticeable at higher temperatures, such as jokan (top warming).

According to the owner, reishu is cold sake and hiya-zake is room/room temperature sake.
Since it was the first drink on a hot and humid day, I had it cold and chilled.
I think it is slightly dry.
It had a subtle ginjo aroma.
