Junmai Ginjo-shu Yukinoshita
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Polishing ratio 50%, ALC 15%.
According to the owner, reishu is cold sake and hiya-zake is room/room temperature sake.
Since it was the first drink on a hot and humid day, I had it cold and chilled.
I think it is slightly dry.
It had a subtle ginjo aroma.
