The first impression on the palate is that it is a fresh, fresh sake, modern but not too sweet, with well-balanced acidity and bitterness, and a subtle spiciness that gives it a nice crispness.
It is easy to drink without any peculiarities, giving the impression that it can be used as a mid-meal sake.

In addition to a definite gaseous and raw sake taste, the ginjo aroma, which is not overdone, forms an exquisite unity. I am convinced that this sake is highly praised by the public, and at the same time, I personally consider it to be the best in the category of "sake with a natural fizzy taste.

The ginjo aroma is similar to Koda, which I personally prefer, and I wonder what the C/E ratio is like.

The rice is Hidahomare.
The rising aroma is not so strong.
The sweetness of the rice is slight, and there is also a bit of minerality, so the overall impression is dry.
