Sake degree +2 Acidity 1.3 Amino acidity 1.2
I've been curious about this sake for a long time, but I've never had it, so I gave it a try!
Sake from Gifu Prefecture*.
The rice is Hidahomare.
The rising aroma is not so strong.
The sweetness of the rice is slight, and there is also a bit of minerality, so the overall impression is dry.
I thought it would be a rough sake because it's a Mukade, but I thought it would be a bottle with a changeable taste, with sweetness coming in and out*.
Anyway, the label is toxic*, but it's cool*.
