Purchased at the Fukushima Prefecture Antenna Shop held at Hankyu Umeda Station on a three-day weekend in July I thought it was unusual that they used Amanotsubute rice. It seems to be edible rice from Fukushima Prefecture. I thought it would be a classic type, but it is quite light, fruity, and dry. It also has a hint of lactic acidity. The description says it's lightly cloudy, but it's just a light orikara. The higher the temperature, the stronger the classic taste comes out. It is made by Nikawa Shuzo and bottled by Wakaseki Shuzo, but Wakaseki Shuzo was originally established as a joint bottling company, so I wonder if it is a pattern like Okunomatsu. The guidebook of Fukushima Prefecture's sake breweries that I got at the antenna store was a good read. There are still many sake breweries I don't know 🤔.
