The moment you put it in your mouth, it fills your mouth with a gorgeous, muscat-like aroma. It is rather muscat. The taste is refreshing and very easy to drink without any aftertaste. It is also good as an aperitif.

The moment you put it in your mouth, the spiciness and gorgeous aroma spreads, and then the umami or sweetness spreads slowly and disappears. It goes well with any meal! I paired it with take-out sushi, but I recommend the squid.

After the refreshing aroma, the drink was very crisp and sharp. The ultra-fine carbonation made it feel even more refreshing, and each cup was a pleasure to drink.

This is an aperitif! You can enjoy this on its own. If you are going to pair it with a meal, you should do so with the intention of drinking wine. Very fruity! The aroma and sweetness rush in. After that comes acidity. It really is like wine. My wife, who is not good at sake, was able to drink it.

The moment you put it in your mouth, it hits you with a thump and a snap, and you realize, "This is what rough is like. I realize that this is what rough rice is. The rice grains are still there, there is a little bit of ori, and the last cup is the complete opposite of the roughness you have experienced so far, it is mellow and you can feel the sweetness of the rice. Maybe this is what it really is. So please drink the last cup without throwing it away.

The first drink of the year. It has no peculiarity in a good sense, and the aroma and spiciness can be felt only while it is in the mouth. Nothing is left after swallowing...so you keep bringing it back to your mouth. It's an endless loop. After drinking a lot of peculiar or limited edition sake, how about a reset?
