Toko's sake brewery museum limited edition, limited time only sake. (but I hear it's also online?) And this is delicious. Really good. It has just the right amount of sake, just the right amount of spiciness, and just the right amount of sweetness. There is a pleasant lingering aftertaste, but it is not too strong. This is truly the best-balanced sake. You can clearly feel the care that has gone into this sake, It is a "good sake". I will definitely buy it again before it runs out. Good sake enriches the soul.

Alcoholic sake is not to be underestimated. It is delicious. It came to our house by chance, I learned about another good sake. Yamagata, my hometown, There are still more sake waiting to be discovered.

Although it has 13% alcohol, it does not feel flimsy. It is a light sake that can be properly tasted. The label is gorgeous. It is sparkling. I had a light dinner with thick fried bean curd.
