It has just the right amount of sake, just the right amount of spiciness, and just the right amount of sweetness.
There is a pleasant lingering aftertaste, but it is not too strong.
This is truly the best-balanced sake.
You can clearly feel the care that has gone into this sake,
It is a "good sake".
I will definitely buy it again before it runs out.
