It has been a long time since I visited Sawanoi, where I went on a brewery tour four years ago. Mmmm... This, this, this. It's dry, goes through the nose, and has a strong aftertaste. I like it very much ☺️. Today it was at room temperature, but I'm looking forward to seeing how it tastes when it's properly chilled after tomorrow 😊.

Maybe because it was stored at my parents' house for 3 years, it tastes different from the last time I drank it... It's a sweet sake, but very tasty for the price. I knew it was the most cost-effective sake.

Dry and very tasty. I really liked the taste, especially from the mouth to the middle. But it was a bit different from what I like... It's not too much to the nose, or the aftertaste is too clean... Sorry for ordering so much😅

Not much difference from the Kiri no Hana I had 3 days ago... Well, is the aftertaste a little more refreshing? Hmmm... Maybe Ibaraki's sake is not so good for me... 🥺.
