This is HOSHIKAI from OCEAN NINETY NINE! The mouthfeel is sweet but the aftertaste is clean and a little dry. It is a very delicious sake! If you see it, please visit ☺️ By the way, it is named after a beach in Chiba Prefecture! I feel closer to the people when I know the name of the place!
