It has a rich sweet taste with the sweetness of rice right out of the bottle.
However, the acidity also comes out and tightens it up, so there is no sticky feeling.
When cooled down, the sake is clear and easy to drink.
Second day after opening the bottle
The ginjo aroma and spiciness have emerged.
The sweetness of yesterday's sake is offset by the spiciness of yesterday's sake, creating a perfect balance.
