This is a sake made by a small brewery in Hita City, Oita Prefecture. It is named after the daughter who came back to the brewery after she left, so it is named after her.
The degree of sake is -2.1 and it is sweet, but I don't find it unpleasant at all. I like Bakuren and super dry sake lol.
It's a good drink^^.

It's the same sake from Kawazu Shuzo, the same brewery as yesterday. Sake degree minus 20 degrees❗️First time I've ever had something so sweet, but the sweetness disappeared as soon as it passed my throat, and I found myself drinking two cups right away.
