It was a fresh sake from a brewery we passed by. A brewery located along Numata Tonkatsu Kaido. It seemed to be a local brewery. I heard that the sake is cooked and shipped in the fall, but I imagined it was better on the raw side. There are several breweries in the area, so I'm sure I'll end up going to the major ones, but if you have a chance, you might want to stop by. From what I've heard, it looks like it's a bit on the quiet side, but this Namazook is very good. (I prefer a thicker one.) We can't find the brewer's name because we used the garbage from the bottle.
