This is a special junmai with a mature taste. It seems light at first, but it has a lot of flavor and a hint of depth. It's pure rice, so it should have been heated... I drank it all cold. It's the first sake rice I've seen, so I googled it. It is said to be a sake rice that once went extinct and was revived. It is brewed with subsoil water from Mt. I'm getting interested in it. I'll have to check out this Kame-no-o sake rice in the future. However, it would be better if we could check the data before drinking.
