I chose it for the subject of about 2,000 yen for dinner. This quality for less than 2,000 yen is wonderful. Dry. I don't know if it's my taste, but I tend to drink dry sake at room temperature or chilled rather than warmed. It's dry, but it's also moderately sweet.
