Today's second drink at home. Eikoh Fuji's unfiltered unpasteurized sake, Shin Shin Nishiki.
It has a gorgeous aroma, a little acidity, and a slightly dry taste. The taste is better than the specification. Too good for the cost.
It's fruity, the aroma is gorgeous, and the flavor is overflowing in the mouth.
I forgot I had opened it a week ago. I apologize.
Maybe that's why I notice the good balance rather than the freshness.
Yum!
