Purchased at Hasegawa Sake Shop. I asked for a recommendation for hot sake and they introduced it to me. It can be enjoyed hot or cold.
The aroma is medium level, so it is easy to match with meals. It gives the impression of a firm body and sharpness. If you heat it up, the strength of the body comes to the fore, and it goes well with oden, simmered dishes, and nabemono. Cold, it goes well with sushi and sashimi. This is a bottle that can be enjoyed in a wide variety of ways.
