Melon and peach aroma. So-so vinegar etchiness. After about a month after opening the bottle, the floating aroma subsides, and it is like a fresh fruit juice. It gives the impression of a Japanese pear with a strong, enveloping aroma. Or a refreshing pear. Still, the aroma is strong, so it is better with Western food than Japanese food, such as quiche, cured ham, and cheeses that do not have a strong aroma.
