It has a strong sweetness and umami, with a slight miscellaneous taste. It has no sharpness and leaves a lingering aftertaste. I wonder if Takarazan has a lot of rich sweetness.

Obtained at Niigata Sake no Jin 2024. Delicious with a good balance of umami, sweetness and spiciness. The alcohol is strong at 17%, so it was going around when I noticed it.

Manotsuru Manho is one of the flagships of Obata Shuzo. It is a daiginjo with a polish of 35, so it is crisp and clear, but delicious with umami.
