Very sweet and surprising! And at 5% alcohol by volume, it's easy to drink! It has a slight reddish hue, almost like a squeeze of apple nectar! Might be good for women and those who don't like alcohol! Sake! It is a sake that doesn't feel like sake. I would drink it before going to bed after a hard day's work ☺️. I want to drink it again!

It was called strawberry yeast, so I thought it would be a sweet and sour strawberry. I thought it was, but it was totally different and goo👍. The strawberry flavour is also completely different from the ready-made strawberry flavour (ha-tuh or strawberry syrup), with a hint of strawberry 🍓 mature strawberry! This was delicious too!

It smells great and sweet sake like. Like the name says, really thick and nigori! I think I shook it more than I thought I would to even out the settling lol. It's not too sweet, but it's easy to drink! I can drink this on its own without any food. Personally, I love it! Delicious! I thought I was only going to have one cup today, but I'm going to have another before I go to bed ☺.
