Mountain stream ban! So Happy New Year😁! So I bought a bottle of Yamamoto's Spring Sake 🌸Ukiuki and drank it for dinner! It has a low alcohol content of 14 degrees, a moderate sweetness, and a slight sourness, so it's the perfect sake for me! Guh! (๑̀ㅂ-́)و✧

This is a RESISTANCE from Kariho, Akita Sake! It's a little high at 19% alcohol and dry! Break through the status quo like a creeper! It's a manly sake, just like it says on the bottle! But it's easy to drink, so don't get drunk! (laughs)

This sake is from a place called Kariho in Akita Prefecture! It's 19 degrees Celsius, and this sake will break the status quo like a creeper! That's pretty cool! It tastes just like it says, super dry and super manly sake! (laughs)

I buy this every year from Yamamoto Shuzo. It has a spring-like label and a low alcohol content of 14 degrees. It's lightly cloudy and a bit fizzy. It's not too sweet, but not too much! I'm saving the four-pack bottles until Hanami camp, but since Hanami in Akita is near Golden Week, I wish they'd release them a little later in the season! (laughs)

I've bought this one before and put it down, and it's got the pizzazz of direct pumping freshness and a little tartness to it, yum! I buy a bottle of this every year! (laughs) Oh! You can also warm it up lukewarm!

This is Hinomaru Shuzo, one of the sake breweries in Yokote City, Akita Prefecture. It's called "Kame-san Label" in Japan! Today, there was a live stream of a local sake brewery at an event called Yokote Yuki Monogatari on FB, and we were given this! Sake from the southern part of Akita Prefecture is a traditional sake with a heavy taste of sake rice that spreads in the mouth. The Kame-san label uses Kame-no-o, as the label says, and it's a different kind of sake, but it's a sake for drinkers, so it's not recommended for beginners! (laugh)

I bought this before and was surprised to find that Tsuchida Brewery in Gunma Prefecture had released their Hatsu Shibori, so I bought it! It's low alcohol again, and the pear-like taste that spreads after drinking is delicious! That's it! I wonder how long it will last? (laughs)

I've been curious about WAKAZE's The Classic because of all the Faceboo ads churning it out! Sourness and bitterness? The sourness and bitterness are delicious! But it doesn't taste like rice, it tastes like white wine! It tastes like a white wine! It's so good! (๑̀ㅂ-́)و✧

A bottle for everyday use only! This is the closest sake brewery to my house. Mijina was started by the late Toji Moriya. It was one of the first bottles that made me think sake was good! Guh! (๑̀ㅂ-́)و✧
