The concept is to bring out the flavor of the ingredients. It has little sweetness and a lot of umami. It has a low lingering aftertaste. I like it very much. There is no stinging sensation. Sake level is about +/- 0. It really goes well with meals!

Naruto Sea bream LED LED is from the name of a yeast called LED dream yeast. This bottle is in heavy rotation in our house. It is slightly sweet and has a refreshing taste.
