Literally dry and refreshing. A gentle refreshing sensation that is different from the chemical coolness of alcohol. My wife said it was very easy to drink.

It is a raw sake that has not been heated. It is unfiltered, but it seems that some lees are removed. It has a rich aroma and a fizzy feeling. It is a little sweet but not sticky. It is a little sweet, but not sticky. A nice sake.
