The first time I drank it, my impression was that it was similar to Kaze no Mori! It smells like pears, is gassy and fruity, and is quite easy to drink a few days after opening the bottle! . . I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not, but it's a good idea. I'm not sure. . I would like to try Miyaizumi next time😄. . I'll be back.

Kaze no Mori is a famous brand in Nara. There are various types, but this time I'll use the standard 507. The aroma is reminiscent of pears and the acidity is pleasant and harmonious ☺️. I'm sure you'll be able to find something that works for you 😌. On the back label, it says the number of fermentation days. I'd like to learn how many days of fermentation makes a difference in the taste 😄. The 507 indicates the rice polishing ratio and the yeast used.

I bought 8 bottles from Takimoto in Kyoto 😂. It's not for the store, it's all for personal use lol I've never been there before, but they have a pretty good selection and I didn't expect to buy as much as I did😌. I'll be doing reviews on this place as they become available👌. It's a good thing I bought a lot of stuff. I'm sure you'll be happy with the results.

This is Shinsei's Yono-tori, which I purchased at a fixed price through a special route. It was my first time to try a kijoshu, and I was pleasantly surprised by its light acidity, slight foaming, and mellow sweetness reminiscent of mango ☺️. Isohaman is a representative sake of Shizuoka Prefecture. It is characterized by its fruity acidity and elegant ginjo aroma. It was my favorite umami flavor. I heard that Isohaman was also served at the G8 summit dinner. It's a sake with that much honor. It was a popular brand, and it was delicious! It is brewed at Shinshu Meijo in Nagano Prefecture, known for Takizawa. This is a Ding brewed by Shinshu Meijo in Nagano Prefecture, known for Takizawa. I think that there is almost no chance to see it in Kansai area. It is a sake made to win against Jussiyo. Rumor has it that it won a small competition against Jussiyodai around 2017. The rice is Miyamanishiki. The taste is smooth, with a melon-like aroma and a good taste of rice. The sharpness is good and does not linger. Asahi Taka Low Temperature Storage Sake Asahi Taka is a local sake of Jyushiyo. It is a very rare sake that rarely appears in the Kansai area, and I was fortunate enough to drink it. I don't usually drink alcoholic beverages, but But this one has no peculiarity, and it was easy to drink with good taste and sweetness and long aftertaste.
