This sake has a very fine sense of gas and the unique flavor of sake yeast. The slight acidity, sweetness in the mouth, and aroma in the nose are delicious.
It was a limited edition sake at a liquor store I frequent, so I bought it even though it was a junmai daiginjo, which I don't usually buy.
It was sweet on the palate, but not sweet, and the fine gasiness made it rather refreshing. The aroma was very good, as Junmai Daiginjos are supposed to be!
I bought it because I was attracted by the naturally grown rice and the pure sake. It is recommended to be refrigerated, but I drank it at room temperature. It is very tasty with just the right amount of acidity, sweetness, and umami! I will drink the rest of it chilled.
I drank it chilled today and it tastes much better chilled. The umami of the sake's fresh yeast yeast structure stands out clearly!
I bought my favorite pure rice sake for Christmas and now it's past 2pm and I'm already drinking it 😆.
It has a delicious umami and full-bodied flavor that can only be achieved by using the traditional sake yeast yeast!
I'm going to drink it hot after this!
It has acidity, a strong gasiness, and a clean dry taste. I like sake made with sake yeast because it gives a sense of umami, but this is the first time I've had this sensation.
I saw an ad for Shirataki Shuzo's Namahashiroshi Junmai in a local liquor store, so I bought it.

I drank it cold, but I would like to heat it up.
