I bought it because I was attracted by the naturally grown rice and the pure sake. It is recommended to be refrigerated, but I drank it at room temperature. It is very tasty with just the right amount of acidity, sweetness, and umami! I will drink the rest of it chilled.
I drank it chilled today and it tastes much better chilled. The umami of the sake's fresh yeast yeast structure stands out clearly!
