This is the 22nd bottle of Junmai dry sake, and it is right in the middle of the highway.
Even well chilled, the dryness penetrates the nose (not the alcohol smell).

The royal road of sake without any miscellaneous taste.
The aroma is not too sweet.
It is easy to drink at room temperature.

It is not a little dry, but very dry.
Crisp aroma, similar to the rice wine I drank in Fukui.
It has an aftertaste like a persimmon.
It has a strong ginjo aroma and a dry taste with guts when you drink it.

Only on New Year's Day can I drink this from the morning.
Umami of the rice is strong and sweet.
