The owner recommended it to me.
Bingo! Brilliant aroma, fruity and juicy! Mild and smooth on the palate.
Low alcohol content, soft and smooth on the palate.

Aizan→Sweet and juicy! The taste is bursting with juice, but the mouthfeel is soft and wonderful!
Yamadanishiki→Compared to Aizan, it is crisp and fresh. It is not as sweet as Aiyama. It is also delicious, but I prefer Aizan.
Akabu Ginjo -> Fruity and delicious. It's as refreshing as a draft sake. I like the Akabu series.
Bakuren→Spicy. But it is delicious. I want to eat it with grilled bonito.
Hououmida→Sweet and well-balanced

I want to serve it to my girlfriends who don't like sake.
I drank it for the first time at the Sake Cost Sake Brewery.
It tasted freshly squeezed and very delicious.
My husband really liked it.
We will buy some next time.
I met him at a brewery village in Kawagoe.
It was the first sake that taught me the taste of light sweet sake.
It has a very crisp taste with an amino acid content of 0.6.
It tastes fresh and fruity like green apples.
