The aroma is moderate, and you can feel the umami that is typical of dry sake.
In the mouth, there is a subtle sweetness and a firm umami. The umami is not big, but it has a clear presence. And in the latter half, it leaves a lingering dry taste on the tongue, and the high alcohol content of 17.5% is wow. I see, it is super dry. It's not my favorite type, but it was delicious.
If I were to compare it to Ghibli, I'd say it's Hightaka from "Gedo Senki". He's a calm and collected wise man who helps and guides Allen. He also plays an active role in the Ghibli film version, but only as a supporting character. But in the original, he is the main character.
