Ehime local sake drinking comparison extra. It's the last of the end of the year, so I can't end up with someone (sake) that isn't my favorite. A brewery in Nanyo Ozu City. I drank it while remembering how I enjoyed Ozu Castle and the Elk River in the summer. I was a bit skeptical as I drank it. It is a sake right from the start. It has a full-bodied flavor of rice with a hint of ginjo on the palate. It is a good choice for this year's first sake. The label is fashionable, but at the same time authentic. It does not look like Nanyo, but it is.

Sake from Ehime, which I got on an expedition. This is also the first time I have had Jogawago. According to the liquor store, it is a small brewery and rare outside of Ehime. It is a junmai ginjo sake, but the alcohol content is kept at 13 degrees and the taste is refreshing. It has a soft, mellow sweetness and umami flavor. Ehime's sake is rich in individuality, and is enjoyed in Toyo, Chuyo, and Nanyo. This one is from Nanyo, but I wanted to explore other sake as well. Delicious ❗️

The second sake brewery in Ehime's sake drinking comparison is located in Seiyo City Jokawa City. Nanyo sake. Nanyo, even though it is in Seiyo City, is a confusing place for those from outside the prefecture. But that aside, here are my impressions of the sake. The taste is light and clean. It has a slight tangy taste at the top of the throat, but we accept it as the richness that is typical of a honjozo sake. The sake's sake meter is +4.
