Special Junmai sake, Polishing ratio: Koji rice 50%, Kake rice 58%, ALC15%.
This is the fourth sake from Maruman 😁.
A refreshing special junmai sake. Slightly dry, but not too dry, so you won't get tired of drinking it 😋.
The main entrance area of Dogo Onsen was undergoing repair work to prevent deterioration and was surrounded by a fancy wall 🧐.
The image was taken from the back entrance side of Dogo Onsen. The green decorative wall on the roof is part of the construction exterior wall covering the surrounding area.
They are continuing to operate as Dogo Onsen with limited areas of use inside the building. ☺️

It was my first time in Shikoku in 30 years. Haneda→Ehime-Matsuyama→JR Marugame/Kotohira/Takamatsu→JR Naruto→Tokushima Airport→Haneda...it was a bullet tour but I enjoyed it. Next time I plan to visit mainly hot springs😅.
