I bought this sake on the right side of the photo as a souvenir when I visited the Joetsu area in Niigata Prefecture.
According to the owner, this sake is delicious both chilled and heated. I have not tried it heated as I prefer to drink it chilled, but I think it is a medium-bodied sake with a good flavor.
